About the cookies used on szinorg.hu, traffic measurement and embedded services.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version of this notice prevails.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small data file stored on the visitor's device by the browser. Websites typically use them to ensure functionality, to remember settings, to measure traffic or for advertising purposes. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is a similar technology, which we also handle in accordance with this notice.
2. Which cookies do we use?
szinorg.hu does not use advertising or social media cookies, and carries out no profiling or automated decision-making. The website has no registration, login or customer account, and no form: contact is made using the published email addresses and telephone numbers.

This entry is necessary for the proper functioning of the website, and therefore no consent is required to store it.
2.2. Traffic measurement — Google Analytics 4 (subject to consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic. These cookies are placed only with your express consent.

The purpose of traffic measurement is to understand and improve use of the website (which pages are most visited, where visitors come from, what device they use). The legal basis for processing is your consent [GDPR Article 6(1)(a)].
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store visitors' IP addresses; Google uses the IP address solely to determine approximate geographic location and then discards it. Google does not use the measurement data for its own advertising purposes (advertising data sharing is switched off). Retention period for the data collected: 2 months.
The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Information on Google's data processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy, and on opting out of measurement in the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
3. Giving and withdrawing consent
When the website is first opened, a banner appears where you can decide whether you consent to traffic measurement cookies being placed. Giving consent is voluntary: if you decline, the website remains usable in full and unchanged.
You may change or withdraw your decision at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the website, or by deleting the cookies and local storage data held in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Embedded Google Map
On the Contact page we use an embedded Google Maps map to show our registered office. When the map loads, your browser connects directly to Google's servers, in the course of which Google — independently of us — may learn your IP address and may place or read its own cookies. Google carries out this processing as an independent controller, and we have no influence over its details.
5. Fonts (Google Fonts)
The website's typography is loaded from the Google Fonts service. When the fonts are downloaded, your browser connects to Google's servers, in the course of which Google may learn your IP address. Google Fonts does not use cookies for this, and the service is not capable of identifying or tracking the visitor.
6. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor the website's search engine optimisation performance. This service places no cookies on the visitor's device: Google shows us only aggregated data, not attributable to individuals, on the search terms for which the website appears in the results list.
7. Operational logs (not cookies)
The website is served by Google Firebase Hosting. As with every web server, the server logs requests for operational and security purposes (typically: IP address, timestamp, the address of the requested page, browser identifier). This data is not a cookie and we do not use it for marketing purposes. Details are set out in the Privacy Notice.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
You may view, delete or restrict stored cookies in your browser at any time — including the Google cookies placed by the embedded map. In most browsers these settings are found under "Privacy and security" (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge).
Blocking cookies does not affect access to the content of szinorg.hu; at most it may limit the display of the embedded map.
9. Amendment of this notice
We update this notice when the operation of the website changes. The text in force at any given time is available on this page.
