Our approach to sustainability

For SZINORG Group, responsible operation is one of the defining pillars of our corporate strategy.

Economic performance, social responsibility and environmental considerations run together through how we operate. We are convinced that a group's success is measured not only by its financial results, but by its effect on the community, the environment and the generations to come.

Our strategic decisions are guided by an approach in which high architectural quality, innovation, energy efficiency and lasting value reinforce one another.

We pursue our commitments within transparent and measurable frameworks, and report on our progress regularly. We published our first sustainability report in 2023, and in 2024 completed our group-level ESG strategy and began putting our commitments into practice.

Our reports are published annually, in line with the GRI Standards 2021 international framework.

In our projects, responsible operation shapes design and delivery decisions from the concept stage onwards. Across every segment, our developments are formed by a commitment to energy-efficient operation, modern technical content, durable usability and solutions that hold their value.

Our international certifications demonstrate, in measurable terms, the environmental performance of our developments and operating practices, and our commitment to responsible operation.

Supporting local communities

As a group rooted in Debrecen, we feel a responsibility towards local communities, professional initiatives and social causes. In our CSR work we focus on supporting those in need, strengthening young talent and professional communities, encouraging environmental awareness, and promoting employee volunteering.
