The development is in the heart of Debrecen, at Kossuth utca 16. A mixed-use building of 4,100 m² is being constructed there to designs by BORD Építész Stúdió (BORD Architectural Studio).
What makes the project unusual is its setting: a long, narrow plot between listed historic buildings, which called for particularly creative architectural solutions. A café with a terrace will occupy the street front, six modern offices totalling 600 m² sit on the floor above, and 32 apartments are being built in the rear section — those on the ground floor with private gardens, those above with balconies.
Planned handover: August 2026.
