Significant progress on the construction of SZINPARK

SZINPARK, Debrecen's new industrial and logistics hub developed in-house by SZINORG Group, is advancing at a striking pace. The project is being built by HUNÉP Zrt., part of the Group, and the emerging building's distinctive features are already clear — right next to the BMW plant.

Key developments in the construction:

The façade panels are in place, giving the building its character.
Trapezoidal sheeting and steel wind bracing have been fitted to the roof structure.
The structural frame of the canopy is complete.
The external utility network, which provides the infrastructure the building needs to operate, has been finished.

In the period ahead, construction turns to shaping the external environment: the internal road network and car parks are being built, while thermal and waterproofing works on the roof near completion. Inside the building, the rainwater drainage system is installed and preparations for the industrial flooring have begun.
