The SZINORG Group’s 2025 Sustainability Report

Sustainability is a key part of the SZINORG Group’s long-term business approach and responsible operations. In line with this commitment, the SZINORG Group’s 2025 Sustainability Report has been completed, presenting for the third consecutive year our Group’s environmental, social and governance – ESG – performance, achievements and areas of progress.

We pursue our sustainability commitments within a transparent and measurable framework. Annual reporting enables us to track our progress, present the measures implemented during the year, and provide an overview of how ESG considerations are integrated into the Group’s day-to-day operations and long-term decision-making.

The 2025 report presents, among other topics, our achievements in the areas of energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction, the use of renewable energy sources, employee development and well-being, support for local communities, and responsible and transparent corporate governance.

As a group operating in the construction and real estate development sectors, we consider it particularly important to take a long-term view not only of economic value creation, but also of the environmental and social impacts of our developments and operations. Our aim is to increasingly translate our sustainability commitments into concrete actions that are reflected in our everyday operations and projects.
